If a customer wishes to cancel a service before project initiation or software activation, they may contact our support team for review and possible eligibility for a partial refund, depending on the stage of service processing. 

Customized development work, third-party integrations, domain registration, hosting services, and setup charges are non-refundable once the work has started or services have been delivered. 

Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe through the original payment method or another suitable method determined by ClickSchoolSoftware.
